A letter sent to Bill and Bernie Hunter informing them
that on March 20th the EC took a second look at their
application of 07-91 and approved the wood grain-fiber glass door – half lite
(SB-1C) from Feather River Door Company to be installed.
Old Business
A follow up on #2 & #10 Spyglass Hill driveways, clean-up
at #2 Spyglass Hill and exposed propane tank at #10 Spyglass hill.
Michelle has the guidelines that will be given to EC for
their changes, if any. Would like to have them go to the Board soon.
New Business
Dismissal of Guests and a thank-you be given for attending
Discussions and Vote on the following Applications
08-54: Leo Raab, 5559 Vardon Drive for a standby home
power unit.
08-55: Andrews Homeowners Association for future
bulkheads, retaining walls and other areas currently using PT timbers to
be replaced with paving blocks.
08-56: Andrews Homeowners Association for time and/or remove
trees on Andrews Way. An attached listing was with the application.
08-57: Sandra Page, 13 Golfside Circle for removal of
existing roof and reroof.
08-58: William Barrett, 26 Andrews Way for a new propane
furnace and tanks on left side.
08-59: Thomas Gigliotti, 127 Cliffside Drive for
landscaping
08-60: BHVA, 30 Golfside Circle for removal of dead tree
on Golfside berm across from units #21 & #22.
